Render distance Android TV (NVIDIA Shield)

Hello, I'm currently trying to set my android game (made with Unity 5.1.3f) up to run on Android TV. I have an NVIDIA Shield and have found that, for whatever reason, the render distance while playing on the shield is much shorter than on my phone (LG Volt). It's not that the objects are outside of the clipping plane, because they're still being rendered, but that they appear to be the level's fog color. I already tried disabling the fog and increasing the far clipping plane of the cameras but neither made a difference. Just wondering if any of you have run into this issue and whether or not you've found a solution. Thanks for your time!
